Do your holiday shopping with confidence at TallCouture.com! For a limited time, we are offering FREE Standard Ground Shipping & FREE Returns on all US orders - no minimum! Orders must be shipped to the 48 contiguous US states to qualify. Shipping to Hawaii & Alaska is a flat rate $10. International shipments do not qualify for this offer. Final clearance items do not qualify for free returns. 

EXTENDED HOLIDAY REFUND PERIOD

Plus, all orders placed after Nov 15th qualify for extended holiday return period. We will extend our standard 30 day return policy to January 10th or 30 days from purchase on all orders placed after November 15. Final clearance items do not qualify for returns - store credit only. All returns must be in new condition with all tags attached.



RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

Shipping & Handling:

Most in-stock orders are shipped within one business day. Standard delivery takes approximately 2 - 7 business days. You will be informed of any delay of more than 10 days from the date of order. Shipments to PO Box, APO & FPO addresses will be shipped via USPS. Shipping and handling costs will be calculated based on location and weight at the time of checkout.

Free Exchanges & Easy Returns!

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days for a store credit or refund.  Our convenient pre-paid return label (UPS shipments only) is free for exchanges.  For returns, the cost of the return shipping will be automatically deducted from your refund.  It couldn't be easier!  Here are all the details of how it works...

Returns:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days for a refund or store credit. Any item received more than 30 days after the original ship date will be eligible for store credit only. No items will be accepted beyond 60 days from the original ship date. We are unable to accept returns of items that have been worn. All items must be returned in new condition with all original tags attached.

Your original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you use our prepaid return label, the cost of return shipping will be automatically deducted from your refund.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange any of your items for any reason, please email customerservice@tallcouture.com to request a prepaid label and we will provide free ground shipping on your exchange. This offer applies to one exchange shipment per order and does not apply to Final Clearance items.  We must receive your return within 30 days of the original ship date to qualify for free exchange shipping.  We are unable to provide a prepaid label for post office shipments, but we will still provide free shipping on the exchanged item when we ship it to you.

Final Clearance Items:

Final Clearance items may be returned within 30 days for store credit only. Final Clearance items will not be accepted beyond 30 days from the original ship date. We will not issue any refunds for Final Clearance items. Free shipping offers do not apply to Final Clearance items.

Refund Processing:

We will process your return in the order it is received and all refunds are issued within 30 days of receipt.  Please keep in mind that it may take up to 14 days for your package to reach us. In addition, banks often take one to two billing periods before refunds appear on your credit card statement. Your refund will be credited back to the same card used to make the original purchase.

Pre-paid Return Label:

A pre-paid return label is available upon request. Please email customerservice@tallcouture.com to request your return label. We will email a printable label and packing list to you.

Use of the return label is free for exchanges, excluding Final Clearance items.  For returns, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.  For Final Clearance items, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your store credit.

How to Ship Your Return:

Please follow the detailed directions on the back of your packing list to return merchandise for exchange or credit. Always include a copy of your packing list with your return or exchange.  Always use a traceable form of shipping, for example UPS, Federal Express or Priority Mail.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

We are excited to offer two international shipping options:

1. Shipping to the US, Canada, Western Europe, Australia & New Zealand with PayPal

Customers shipping to an address within the United States, Canada, most of Western Europe, Australia or New Zealand may order directly from TallCouture.com choosing PayPal as your payment option. *Please Note* that we are currently unable to accept most international credit cards. Direct orders placed using international credit cards that do not comply with our fraud prevention standards will be cancelled. You must pay with PayPal or use International Checkout (see below).

2. Shipping to an international address and/or using an international credit card

Customers shipping to an international address may place their orders through International Checkout. Just browse the Tall Couture website, then proceed to www.internationalcheckout.com/order.php?=tallcouture where you can fill out a special international order form. International Checkout is an independent service company that specializes in international shipping. Their expertise in import/export allows them to provide you with a full landed cost in your own currency, so there will be no surprise tariffs when your package arrives. The complete details of their service, including all applicable fees, are available on their website.

IMPORTANT: Tall Couture is not responsible for any duties or tariffs due on international orders. Duties and tariffs are levied by the government of the importing country, and Tall Couture cannot provide these costs at the time of purchase. All duties and tariffs on your order are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid by the customer.

How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

SECTION 3 - DISCLOSURE


We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.


SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY


Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.


Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

SECTION 5 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES


In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.
For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.
In particular, remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located a different jurisdiction than either you or us. So if you elect to proceed with a transaction that involves the services of a third-party service provider, then your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which that service provider or its facilities are located.
As an example, if you are located in Canada and your transaction is processed by a payment gateway located in the United States, then your personal information used in completing that transaction may be subject to disclosure under United States legislation, including the Patriot Act.
Once you leave our store’s website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms of Service.

SECTION 6 - SECURITY


To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.


SECTION 7 - COOKIES


Here is a list of cookies that we use. We’ve listed them here so you that you can choose if you want to opt-out of cookies or not.
_session_id, unique token, sessional, Allows Shopify to store information about your session (referrer, landing page, etc).
_shopify_visit, no data held, Persistent for 30 minutes from the last visit, Used by our website provider’s internal stats tracker to record the number of visits
_shopify_uniq, no data held, expires midnight (relative to the visitor) of the next day, Counts the number of visits to a store by a single customer.
cart, unique token, persistent for 2 weeks, Stores information about the contents of your cart.
_secure_session_id, unique token, sessional
storefront_digest, unique token, indefinite If the shop has a password, this is used to determine if the current visitor has access.



SECTION 8 - AGE OF CONSENT
